Master Stateroom

Standing amidships, looking forward. The master stateroom is to starboard (the v-berth can be seen in the foreground of this picture, through the doorway). The pullman berth can fold in as a single, or be pulled out as a double. Under the berth is storage. Above the berth are storage lockers. 

To port, a large mirror, folding shelf, and small storage locker.

Head with Separate Stand-Up Shower

To port from the Master Stateroom is the Head. The head is accessible from either the salon area, or the Master Stateroom via two separate large hand-carved wooden doors. The toilet is a Sealand Masterflush Macerator, and is new as of 2008 (as are all toilet lines, and tank - also installed was a TankWatch 4 tank monitoring system). The shower faucet was replaced in 2008. The shower sump and pump were also replaced in 2008.  From this view (standing amidships, looking forward) you can clearly see the Sealand Masterflush and corresponding Tank-Watch 4 unit.  Shower is slightly out of sight, forward (right side of picture).

Salon to Port

This is one of two settees, underneath which the water tanks are located. The doorways to the head and to the Master Stateroom are to the right (out of picture).  The propane on-demand water heater is to the left, as is the dinette (out of picture).

Salon to Starboard

A mirror image of the port side, and viewed from the same position. The Dickenson Diesel cabin heater can be seen in this shot on the left.  The galley (unseen) to the right.

Standing in Galley Looking Forward

Standing in the galley just in front of the companionway, looking forward.  The hand-carved doors to the Head (port) and Master Stateroom can be seen in both positions.  The Dickenson diesel cabin heater can be seen to starboard.

Hand Carved Doors (Close-up)

An example of the handiwork for which these vessels are known. These are the hand carvings (unique to each boat) on the Master Stateroom and Head doors.

Dinette

Standing amidships, looking to port. The dinette is located on the port side of the companionway.  The Nova-Cool fridge is located left of frame.

Galley

Standing amidships, looking aft, to starboard. The galley is located across from the dinette, on the starboard side of the companionway.  The Force10 3-burner range and oven can be seen prominently.

Cockpit

Standing on the dock, looking to aft port.  The cockpit is the last section of deck to retain the teak finish (the rest of the decks forward of the cockpit have all been replaced with fiberglass/non-skid)

At the Helm

Standing at the helm.  The lazarette doors are located on both sides of the helm in the deck.  GPS, Radar and Depth Sounder not shown (mount points are on mizzen mast).

New Cabintop

The cabintop has been completely replaced, using marine-grade plywood underneath with a fiberglass overlay.  Here you are standing in the cockpit, looking forward along both the port and starboard sides.

Haul-out 2011

We hauled out in July 2011.  During this time, we applied two coats of bottom paint, and fiberglassed and painted the new cabin top.  Below are some exterior shots during haul-out:
